Trauma is a deeply distressing or disturbing experience, one can have nightmares when trauma happens. It can result in a character of PTSD and may affect your health in a very repugnant way. You will lower your health defenses and later will get sick. As far as the bar goes, any type of trauma depending on the traumatized can even be fear. If one day you are in your basement and you feel something crawling lower your neck area you will believe it is just a hair bothering you. But when you later go to the bathroom and see yourself in the mirror it may be a tarantula! You will stay traumatized!
