Which of these is true about regina? HERE IS THE STORY:Reigning in Regina

Stephanie's Saturday morning started off like any other. She woke up and got ready for work. Stephanie worked behind the concession stand selling food and drinks at a local movie theater. She had started working there at the beginning of the summer and loved the job. She was always getting praises from her boss, Mr. Fairchild, for consistently arriving to work on time and for receiving compliments from customers. On this particular day, she was scheduled to work with Regina.
Regina was a thin, brown-haired girl who managed to skim by on the job. To Stephanie, it always seemed that Regina served half as many customers because she was never in a rush to complete an order—although Regina's customers often seemed to be in a rush to get their popcorn and drinks so that they would not miss their movies.
When the rush of customers would slow down, it was the responsibility of the girls to restock popcorn tubs, drink cups, napkins, straws, and candy so they would not run out of supplies while serving a high volume of customers. Stephanie always had her station stocked. Regina, on the other hand, would gossip with her best friend Sally in the ticket booth when there were no customers around. This always annoyed Stephanie because it would never fail that Regina would run out of drink cups or popcorn tubs for her customers and would come over to Stephanie's station to get supplies. Eventually, Stephanie would have to make a run to the supply room to get more cups or tubs while her line of customers waited.
Today, like on other days, Regina fell into the same routine—chatting with Sally instead of using her time to restock her supplies.
When Regina ran out of the large-sized drink cups during a particularly busy, she walked over to Stephanie's station and said, "I need some of your large cups."
Stephanie had had enough. Instead of staying quiet on the outside while fuming with annoyance on the inside like she normally did when Regina acted irresponsibly, this time Stephanie put her hand over the cups just before Regina's hand reached for them and said, "Not today, Regina. You should have restocked your station earlier when you had down time between customers instead of chatting with your friend. You will need to go back to the supply room and get the cups you need from there."
Regina looked like a steaming teapot. She turned on her heals and headed to the supply room. All the while and unbeknownst to Stephanie, Mr. Fairchild had been watching and listening to what took place from a distance. After the rush of customers died down, he pulled Stephanie into his office to speak to her.
"Stephanie, I witnessed what happened today between you and Regina. I am very proud that you stood up for yourself. You have a lot of management potential, and I would like to promote you to assistant manager of the concession stand. Would you be interested in the promotion?" Mr. Fairchild said.
Stephanie could not believe her ears. Of course she was interested. "Yes, Mr. Fairchild, I'd love to!"
Stephanie walked out of Mr. Fairchild's office feeling like she was on cloud nine.
