This is Melanie’s favorite song from her debut album Cry Baby. The music video is centered around a woman who gets numerous cosmetic surgeries to impress her partner, who in the end, gets with another woman because the main character is now uglier with cosmetic surgery than with her natural beauty. The main point is that you don’t need to be perfect to be beautiful. Everyone is perfect in their own way.
