The importance of a blog having an intriguing title is to bring the attention of people in order to make a fascinating story; basically like an eye-catcher!

For example, if you think about it, if a story had a good and interesting title and cover, wouldn't you want to read? In my view, I would definitely!

People want to make eye-catching titles in order to not only have people read their blogs, stories, videos, etc. but to also give them an interesting topic  that has an interesting title!

from the political point of view it could be said that the candidate   is an effective speaker because she takes a strong position on the issue. it is an open discussion but probably she is making a presentation and can choose which subjects she wants to address. she is very likely to attain her aim which is to convince voters to accept her proposal.
