I feel that social media can both be a useless distraction and something of value. In some cases, social media can provide you with information on topics such as politics or recent news. An issue with that is the fact that not all things on social media is true. On the other hand, social media can be a huge distraction in our daily lives. For some people, their social media is their entire focus. Everything they do is centered around social media. A good example of that is students skipping studying for a big test to go take social media photos at a park. Social media is also a huge risk. With so many people on social media, you are putting yourself in the eyes of people you don't know, that puts you at risk of stalking, kidnapping, bullying and much more. Social media is a huge thing in today's times, I really believe social media can be good or bad depending on how you use it. Everything falls in your hands, social media doesn't have to be everything unless you make it everything.
