number one exercise working out regularly is one of the best ways to relax your body and mind

number two deep breaths breathing can can put you into a relaxing state

number three make time for hobbies you need to set aside some things you enjoy to feel good and it will help relieve your stress

number four talk about your problems if things are bothering you talking about them can lower your stress

and number five you can create a stress journal make notes of when you become anxious and if you see and can turn determine a pattern find ways to remove or lessen those triggers
