As you move from your outline to your draft, make sure that you have done the following things. Check all of the statements that accurately describe your outline. I have compared and contrasted the two proposals. I have considered my position and chosen which proposal I think the library should accept. I have considered the reasons I did not select the other proposal. My outline is structured with a clear organization. My outline has strong details and examples that I can expand on when I write.
