Well, I cannot read the whole book... But it is simple. Look at each of the characters, and from what you have already read, add a description. For example, someone may be ill tempered around the main character, but nice and charming around adults. Another example, someone may be extremely curious, and this can lead them to trouble, they are a trouble maker, although they are quite shy... These are just examples. Now, for evidence, find something in the book where the character is doing or being your choosen discription. Maybe the extremely curious character just got in trouble for sneaking into the princapal's office and stealing a lolly pop... Who knows!
