I need help with answering the setting, conflict, plot, climax, and resolution about the short story, "Thank you ma'am". Please I have posted this three times already no one helped me ;( *Lesson or Moral that is being taught in your story:

We all make wrong choices, but a person can always repent and change their ways.

Setting: Time and Place. Give some thought to how your setting will influence your characters.

Conflict:
Internal
External

Plot: Events that you plan on having in your story. You should have two to three events. You can use bullets here.

Climax: Turning point of the story. When the character has learned the lesson and is showing they have changed.

Resolution: How will your story end? How will you show that the lesson was learned?*
