As a future teacher leader, how will you ensure successful operation of the school?

To ensure successful operation of the school, I/you would make sure all the students have a safe learning environment. By doing this, it will make the student feel more comfortable when coming to school and being there. Another way would to make sure I/you would have the best education system the students can get. This can ensure students and teachers a successful school year and for the intelligence to be increased. A third way would be to have great motivation around the school. Great motivation can push students to work hard to complete tests, exams, etc. and give the school a great balance.
