A. Notes: Best friends are stuck in the cabin due to snow. They argue about what to do, and one leaves to try to get help. When he finally leaves, he finds that the snowplow has come by and the road is clear after all.

B. Notes: The conflict is between the two boys and what they should do.

C. Notes: Bo is the aggressive one and doesn’t listen to reason. He is the one who argues to leave the cabin and eventually does.

D. Notes: Tommy is the voice of reason. He thinks staying put is the best solution and tries to convince Bo. He doesn’t argue when Bo insists on leaving.
