Life is very complex today. There is competition at every step of life. Still, one must do something to earn a living. Everybody must have an aim in life. If a man has no aim, he cannot succeed in life. He cannot do anything great or praiseworthy. In fact, life without an aim is like a ship without a rudder, a plane without a pilot or an envelope without an address. One must, therefore, follow some or the other aim in life. To me, the teaching profession appears to be the noblest and best. I , therefore, shall become a teacher and adopt teaching as my profession. The profession of a teacher is a highly honorable one. A teacher gets a chance to lead a peaceful life. He sets no store by worldly attractions. He is contented with what he has. A dedicated teacher is a missionary. His ideals are simple living and high thinking. He is wedded to service and scholarship. He is not disturbed by the material prosperity of his fellow beings. As a teacher I will make the character of my students very strong. A teacher is a nation builder. He guides the destiny of his students. He can would them into any shape. He teaches them both by example and by precept. I hope I shall be able to achieve my aim.
