The salutation follows in an informal tone. For example;

The salutation is followed by the body of letter which is structured in paragraphs. Each paragraph makes a particular point. In this case, one paragraph may tell the story of the disruption of the inter school sports and games while a couple of paragraphs may suggest what should be done to avoid future occurrences.

The last part of the letter is the closing. The letter closes with;
