Today, as I've become older, I've become more resilient to all the odds that life throws at me. I can think of ways to remain hopeful and channel all my energy into doing something different whenever my plans fail or things don't work out. I also firmly believe that nothing lasts forever and that all difficulties would eventually come to an end. Its important to always have the right attitude.

Once I applied for our school's soccer team because I really loved playing soccer. However, after few months I had to withdraw from playing soccer because I badly injured by knees in an accident. Doctors said that I shouldn't play soccer or any other outdoor sports for about a year. It was a really devastating news because I was so close to playing for our school team at the inter-school soccer league. For about a week I felt really bad and unfortunate. But then, I remembered what grandpa had always told me. So I channeled all my energy and time into painting and it has really helped me learn a lot about artistry. In fact, I've been placed third in an amateur painting competition held by the East Trail Society.
