Whats the relation between the blm movement and the Declaration of Independence

The natural freedom all citizens of any race, heritage, etc. should have.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness" is stated in the Declaration of Independence. Therefore stating the point which any race should have natural rights. But in America at the moment p.o.c (people of color) aren't receiving those rights. Especially blacks, therefore the result of the bam matter movement due to the note of inequality given.
