I know we live in a time where we never seem to be satisfied until we know all the “why’s,” the “what’s,” and the “when’s.” But, are you satisfied that Malerman decides to never give the reader the origin of this creature (?) and what it looks like, or did you want to know specifically what we were dealing with in the novel? And, what are your ideas on what the creatures are and why they cause people to go insane? Discuss
