Have you talked to your parents? When I was in 6th grade I didn’t tell anyone and it only got worse. Sometimes the best thing you can do is tell an adult, I know it sounds cheesy but its true. You don’t want to be sad all the time, or struggle to do basic task, right? Tell an adult what you’re feeling. If they don’t help, tell a teacher or counselor. They’re gonna help you I promise.
