Hey, so I have to write a poem and idk if its good or not, can yall let me know what you think please? when instead of crying myself to sleep, i would fall asleep with a smile on my face
when the only reason for wearing long sleeves was because it was cold
when smiles were genuine, not something forced so nobody would ask even though they don't really care
when the only "fake" friends i had were imaginary
when the only thing i had to worry about was the next show to watch on tv
when i could do whatever i wanted and not have to worry about being judged
when "butt" was the only bad word i knew
those days when life was perfect
when we could sit and laugh all day everyday
when the only reason to cry was because i wasn't allowed to have any more candy
bring me back to the days where people were nice to everyone
when i wasn't told to ki. ll myself everyday
when i could eat whatever i wanted without worrying about getting "fat"
when i loved myself
when being alive was the only option
when su!cide wasn't a thing
when wrists were for washable markers not blades
when eating was normal
