Family issue question my mom thinks that all that matters is school. i can´t even get a small measly break because I need to get everything done. my grades have been falling as well as my mental health and all she does about it is yell at me more and take away my phone. I just need to know how to tell her its ruining me. I've tried to tell her in various ways and it never works. i really just need help. thanks

Then work on your homework and put your phone away until it is done and don't forget to study. "Mom, i need to talk to you, I feel like all you think is that school is important. And then when you yell at me, it makes me feel bad about myself. I would really like your help with some things, but it just feels that you don't care about my mental health." or something like that. i hope you get this all figured out with her.
