dont procastinate because of 2 things

so ya also what i  do is either put on like energetic music so i can stay up and focus (while having a little dance party and singing on the top of my lungs) or put on R&B to also help me also focus and study. So ya music helps a lot. I also don't do it on a bed or couch cuz i would prob fall a sleep or like just be on my phone. So i sit in a chair and desk but for me the chair has to be hella comfy. Oh and my final tip is to keep your phone on the other side of the room or like not even in the room, trust me it works. Hope this helps!
