Our neighbors dog gets loose sometimes and my mom hates dogs and doesnt trust them at all. This dog is super sweet and friendly and just likes to say say hi and wander. Its never aggresive or anything. Then she said if that dog comes into our garage she going to break its neck. UM shes not actually allowed to do that right
