The cooling rain had come over the valley in the
afternoon, tapping on the roof of the house. Inside there
was a buzzing excitement as Ahmed's family prepared for
a camping trip in the mountains. Everyone was looking
forward to the trip, but nobody was more excited than
Ahmed
Ahmed stood at the door waiting for the rain to stop so
he could take his stuff out to the car. Soon enough, the
rain stopped, but he noticed something else an
unfamiliar car stopped on their block and in front of their
car. He ran to his father, screaming "Dad, we need them to
leave; they're blocking our path!" Ahmed's father paused
tying up the last of the luggage gear and went out to speak
to the mother and father in the car with their family,
He soon returned to be greeted by Ahmed, asking,
"Dad, did you tell them to move? When are we leaving?"
Ahmed's father walked past him and went straight to
his tool closet. When he returned, he addressed Ahmed,
"Now, wait just a minute. This family was also traveling for
a weekend trip, but they got a flat tire. They need our
help.
Ahmed wanted to protest and really wanted to go on
