some ways to fix a run on is fairley simple.  read it out loud or put it through google translate and see if it sounds off. another way to find examples of run ons is to google "run on sentence examples." something i do is take two sentences from a book I'm reading for school and make them a run-on, and then change them back again.   hope this helped!
