Is this a Weak or Strong thesis statement and WHY. Students should be required to wear school uniforms because uniforms keep students attentive on their education, reduce bullying, and peer pressure situations, and foster community spirit and pride.

This is a great thesis statement! It doesn't give too much info about what will be in the essay, gives a brief intro on why and what the essay will be about, and what you will be speaking on. But, one thing: I would reccomend a hook to catch the reader's attention.
