Read the excerpt from "To Save a Turtle." What is the most important detail from this excerpt?
O Quentin does not like to clean up the beach.
O Brenda notices Quentin's suspicious behavior.
O Brenda understands Quentin's impatience.
O The beach leads to the ocean.
Quentin didn't help much with the beach cleanup, but he
seemed impatient to see a crawl. Brenda could sort of
understand that. The fact that he wasn't sold on cleaning
up wasn't really suspicious on its own. After all, cleaning
up the beach wasn't a lot of fun. But there were other
things Brenda began to pick up on as she observed him.
She had seen Quentin sneak out of the cabin at night
three times. If there had been a town near the camp, he
might have been going out to a local restaurant or club,
but the only thing nearby was the beach that led to the
ocean. He could have been going for a midnight swim,
except that he didn't come back wet.
