Can somebody summarize this story pl: Beauty and the Beast were released by Walt Disney Pictures and is based on the story by Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont. In the beginning of the story, an enchantress disguised as an old woman arrives at a castle, and offers the cold-hearted cruel and selfish prince, a rose in return for shelter during the storm. When the prince refuses, the old woman magically turns into an enchantress and reveals her identity. The enchantress then proceeds to turn the prince into a beast and his servants into household objects, as a punishment for his lack of compassion. She then casts a spell on the rose and warns the prince that before his 23 birthday he has to find true love, and when the last petal falls from the rose on the 23rd birthday, he will remain as a Beast forever. Years later, in a faraway town, Belle was walking through the village, when she heard that her father, Maurice, was going to take his latest invention to the fair. As she said goodbye to her father, Gaston, the “towns hero” arrives and proposes to Belle, when Belle refuses, Gaston then proceeds to shout aloud that he will have her as her wife no matter what. After a while, the horse that Maurice brought with him, was running back to Belle. Knowing that something happened to Maurice, Belle goes in search of her father. Belle then stumbles upon the castle as she goes deeper into the forest. As Belle enters the castle she finds Maurice locked in the Beast’s castle. As Maurice tried to warn Belle, the huge Beast appeared and then would not let Maurice go, so Belle offered to be Beast’s prisoner instead of Maurice. The Beast agreed and before Maurice could protest, he kicked him out of the castle. Belle was allowed to go anywhere, but the west wing. So out of curiosity Belle enters the west wing and finds a mystical rose, and partially finds out the history of the Beast. The Beast angered bellowed that Belle get out his castle. Outside the castle Belle got attacked by wolves, and surprisingly the Beast protected her. After a while they become friends, and soon after the Beast tries to win his love of Belle, Belle too found out that she fell in love with the Beast though she didn't know that he is a handsome prince. Belle then learns that her Father is sick, so the Beast lets her go. The townspeople then finds out about the Beast, and Gaston leading the townspeople, goes to kill the Beast while Belle tries to stop them. The townspeople then approach the castle and demands that the Beast reveals himself. The townspeople then enter the castle with force, but the servants of the Beast try to protect the Beast. After a while, Gaston finds the Beast at the top of the castle. Gaston then proceeds to hit the Beast, when Belle arrives, and instead of losing the Beast starts to fight back. Then finally the Beast pushes Gaston from the rooftop, as the last petal of the rose falls off. Gaston then proceeds to hit the Beast, when Belle arrives, and instead of losing the Beast starts to fight back. Then finally the Beast pushes Gaston from the rooftop, as the last petal of the Rose falls off. Then the Beast collapses, and then Belle professes her love for the Beast. Then the Beast magically turns back to the handsome prince he once was. Then all the enchanted objects turn back to people. The curse was lifted, and then everyone happily watched as the Beast and the Belle kissed. Then they lived together happily ever after.
