Please help Why do some emotional appeals not work?

A. They support the author's claim too strongly.

B. They are not persuasive enough to convince anyone.

C. They fail to point out the author's claim.

D. They try to coerce the audience into acting.

I personally say that i think the answer is c but not sure.

i say this because sometimes they work on pointing out what they are trying to say instead of who they feel
