Eating well is fundamental to good health and well-being, food is packed with antioxidants and nutrients that support heart health, including magnesium and healthy fats. On a larger scale, food is an important part of culture. It also operates as an expression of cultural identity.

Food is good for your health because it helps us to keep a healthy weight, makes us stronger, and gives us energy. Food is good for your culture because it keeps our tradition alive, connects each other, and the experience we have with food absorbs our cultural heritage.
