The poem describes Harry, a  twelve years old boy who helps his twenty-three years old sister by pushing her wheelchair.

What´s interesting about this poem is that, at first, the reader is led to believe that Harry pushes his sister in a harmful and constant manner, without any reference to her being in a wheelchair until the very last line. However, when we realize that he was actually helping her we understand that Harry not having any friends has a lot to do with the fact that he´s devoted to his sister´s care.
