3) In the beginning of the passage it explain how Will's Father, John Clark, dropped a stone on his foot last week.

4) Both John Clark, and his Mother don't know if he should go but still he  does because his Father, John Clark, believes in him that he will complete the mission more than his Mother.

5) John Clark really wishes that he could go but he injured himself. Therefore, stating he would rather go than his youngest son.

(Off topic but Will's Mother says in the end of this paragraph "Now I have <Insert Number> son's serving in the army.")

the answer is most likely c. it shows us that the rules that the pigs make can change on a whim whenever it suits the pigs purpose.
