The Middle Class people would get education that was better than what the Working Class received, but definitely not as good of education that the Upper Class received. The Working Class did most of the physical labor being paid hourly or daily. The Middle Class did the clean work and were paid monthly or yearly. The Upper Class did not necessarily have to work, but they got paid from their investments. For medical treatment, the Working Class had more illnesses because they were doing more physical labor. When they got sick, the medical treatment was not very good because the Working Class could not pay for it. The Middle Class would receive better treatment.
