Why am I always sad :(

It could be depression. If youve felt sad for a long period of weeks or months that could be the answer, have u lost interest in your favorite things lately? Example: maybe u liked basketball but all of a sudden u feel like u have lost interest and don’t really wanna play it anymore. It also might change your sleeping pattern you might sleep too much or not sleep enough ur energy level and concentration level also might go down too if you feel any of these symptoms you should talk to ur doctor because depression is very serious and being sad all the time is just the start of it :/ (sry this was so long)
