I have been struggling to find my inner peace. I've tried tuning people out, comfort foods, working out, and napping. I've also tried meditation and it doesn't work. I want to understand myself better and I want to be a better person. If anyone has any tips and tricks on how to relax and find inner peace, please answer or comment.
