Los Angeles will continue to try and according to the statistics, they reported that it will meet a 1/4 of their needs. Everyone wants this to happen right away. Most people would rather have this than other options, but some don't, and those who don't want it could slow or even stop the process. If they don’t participate in not drinking the water, then it saves the water for others, more water for those who need it haha. Some people approach Russell Schreiber and tell him the water tastes better than before and that they are glad that decision was made; even though not everyone agreed with the approach that they were taking... it still worked and is still currently working today.
