In the midst of a zombie apocalypse, 11 year old Katie was jumping rope in her  family's apartment. She'd gotten the jump rope from her father; it was bright orange, with sunny yellow handles. It made the world seem a bit more fun in the loneliness of the zombie apocalypse. Katie heard squeaking against a window. She peeked into she parlor, seeing her sister, Mary-Anne, washing a window with the contents of a half empty bottle of windex. The windows weren't actually open. As in, the outside of them had been boarded up so no zombies could look in. Still, Mary-Anne was very serious about a clean home.

(sorry that its a bit short, you can't write much about a half empty bottle of windex! xd)
