The IUL has approached you to analyse their computer system, the want to add an online enrolment form to their website so the students
can enrol online instead of coming to the premises. The university
needs to increase the students' trust and avoid the spreading of Cvoid-
19.
The IUL administration staff will also need to retrieve the enrolment
completed forms, review all the forms, assess the students' skills, and
appoint entrance exam schedule for each student. The staff also needs
to evaluate and assess all the scholarship applications, seek approval
from the deans of the faculties, and then reply back to the students
with the made decision.
The enrolment form interface must be user-friendly and contain vision
and hearing facilities to support disable students. The students
personal details must be protected and secured. The form must also
contain a feedback textbox, so the students can write their comments
and feedback. The university needs to retrieve and review all the
feedback for business improvement purpose.
