With improved technology, solar energy can now be used to generate electricity to power homes and to power cars as well. Solar energy is so important as it provides energy without polluting the Earth as some forms of energy does. Since it is not harmful for the environment and is abundant because of the sun, solar energy has become a vital resource that is used more than ever before. What does the author imply in the passage?
