“Causes and effects of depression in young adults”

Depression in young adults stems from various things but effects a lot of things in a young persons life. For example fifteen year old girl might be struggling in school while also working a full time job and babysitting her younger siblings for her mom. This could be very overwhelming for the girl causing her feel depressed. It could effect her performance in school and possibly her attendance in work. This shows that depression could be stated by stress and anxiety but effect someone work ethic and school grades.The cause and effect of depression in young adults can different for everybody, but there is help out there.
