We are trying to solve out something but, they can't seem to figure it out!

I've tried my best to help them however, nothing seems to work. There's a tutor somewhere in a building it's not a clean or sturdy building, but the people there really help when it comes to solving problems. I think we'll have it covered in no time if we ask the people in the building!
