Read the following excerpt from an online op ed article. It boggles the mind that the Westridge School District, according to a
recent article in the Westridge Daily News, has once again failed to
approve a recycling program. As I've already pointed out, this decision
by the school board models irresponsible behavior for our students.

Westridge Wetlands, it would actually be significantly cheaper for the
