In order to take action, or to take something into your own hands. you must plan what you will do, if you go into a situation unprepared you'll only end up making it worse because of the fact that you didn't set a boundary. setting yourself in the bounds of were YOU stand can better prepare yourself for better standards. because setting goals is important in its own right. i will set some examples to better persuade you. setting how far you should exert yourself during exercises, how many pets you should have, how much things you should get involved in, and setting bounds for your own hobbies. therefore the importance of goals is more then a simple thing you can do in your free time, and when your doing something you think you shouldn't set a boundary. or a goal.
