What one is surrounded by creates who they are. The circumstances you are born with shape you and effect who you are as a person with your characteristics and additionally sometimes your appearance. "When a flower doesn't bloom you fix the environment in which it grows not the flower." This means when someone doesn't get something or when you are not thriving you need to alter your environment because similar to the quote "You are what you eat" You also are who you are around who you choose influences you. Though one can't change what they are born into they can move from it, they can put themselves in different circumstances. If a child is acting up he might not need help he might need new friends or a better guardian influence. If you are in a friend group who parties all the time and no one studies or works hard you most likely won't even though you might be a good student. So if you change you environment you will do better. You will thrive if you are in the right place and being influenced by those who are sunny, and like blue sky's to you filling your cup up. Not in places of dark clouds, no sun. You need to be invested in in order to thrive or how you thrive best which includes changing your environment.
