HEATHER: You don't need to be nervous; it will be fun.
JAMES: That's what everyone keeps saying, but I have been training to win this track meet.
HEATHER: Well, you will do great today, James—just don't get too worked up about it.
JAMES: Yes, you are right. The weather is nice, and I'm sure our whole team will do well.
HEATHER: There you go! That's the attitude!
JAMES: I'm sure you will do great too, Heather! Let's go out there and win!
