Mother preheated the oven while I greased the muffin pans. Mother let me get the right amount of ingredients all by me using measure cups. I mixed the oats, flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a big bowl. I had the most fun mashing the bananas with my own hands. Then, I beat the eggs, banana, and melted butter in a small bowl.

It was time to mix everything together. Mother helped me pour the batter into the muffin tins. She showed me how to use ice cream scoop to pour, that was not messy at all. After 25 minutes, the muffins whose I could not wait to enjoy were ready.
