The purpose of this assignment is develop your syntax and fluency within your writing. Because you have just learned about compound and complex sentences, your job is to practice writing them by addressing a creative writing prompt of your choice. Within your writing, you will need to use and identify the following types of sentences and features:

1. Four Complex sentences- Two of which must begin with a subordinating conjunction

2. Four Compound sentences (One must have a semicolon)

-Remember to use comma then FANBOYS

3. Use two nonrestrictive clauses.
