Healing power of nature knows that the body needs to heal itself. The building blocks of the body are living units that are working toward self-repair.    Not sure about the second, but... People deal with emotional pain differently. Some are depressed and some are in grief. They can overcome it by having someone else enter their life or by eating (eating helps me). They can also go to a therapist or look for some help.
