Children are only kids for so long before they grow up. As a kid you are always saying I cant wait until I grow up. Why is that. If you take a closer look what do grown ups have that kids don't. Taxes, work, ect. So nothing good. But what do grown ups not have that kids do. School. When your older it is not as easy to play and climb trees. I think that kids should get to spend there child hood being kids not having to go to school before they can even walk and run properly. I think they will learn more out side of school then they will in. That is becouse instead of being told to learn what every one else already knows they are discovering new things. Things that matter to them.

well stockyards mean a large yard containing pens and sheds, typically adjacent to a slaughterhouse, in which livestock is kept and sorted. and i'm assuming that by party you   mean a large group of people which does make sense because chicago is a very crowded place much like new york. stockyards tend to take up a lot of room due to needing the area for pens to keep animals in and the fact that stockyards are usually right by slaughterhouse where they process and distribute the product. so its much like a zoo but with some dead animal products close by.
