Create a story inspired by a real life story in the news. step one - get a copy of the newspaper it can be new or a few days old it doesnt matter! if you dont have a newspaper to hand you can always use news websites e. g BBC news, Metro etc. step 2 - look through and pick a news story that you think is intresting/unusual/funny/scary/exci ting/sad. step 3- use the 5 W's to get you thinking about your own story and how you can adapt it from the news papers story.
