Companies need to start considering the advantages of taking on interns or apprentices who
are studying towards a qualification. If young people can gain experience, they will be better
prepared for the workplace when they enter the market and those companies that take on
apprentices can train competent people at a lower salary
practice such as the one mentioned above could really improve the skills in the workplace
and make it easier for young people to enter the job market and contribute to a successful
economy and the reduction of poverty. This should be seen as a responsibility of all sectors. of
