When a family member of mine died first I thought they were joking but then I realized they weren't I became really depressed sooner or later the funeral came around so instead of just lying in my bed I got up got ready and decided to go. This was probably the best decision that I have ever made. I advise you too get up and get ready and don't look back. And eat ice cream (Not a lot) it helps.
